Our rates are totally flexible during this so uncertain time with cancellation policies up to 7 days before arrival. For any inconvenience you can obtain a voucher that can be used later or you can be fully refunded if the policy applied to the room you have booked allows for the refund.


We take care of the people working for us, so they can take care of you better.

  1.  We have implemented specific cleaning protocols and checklists for each hotel’s department: porterage, food & beverage team for breakfast and room service, reception and housekeeper
  2. Our staff has been trained to protect you and protect themselves
  3. Social distance has also been introduced as a basic measure for our staff in any department
  4. Everyone will wear new masks and gloves or hand sanitizer during their shift
  5. Our cleaning team has specific protocols. The disinfectants used are based on 70% ethyl alcohol or 0.1% / 0.5% sodium hypochlorite and other disinfectants with proven effectiveness against Sars-cov-2 are used such as established by the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Health
  6. The F&B team serves food and uses products with gloves and keeps their own hand sanitizer with them to use frequently


The rooms are left free for a period of time between the departure and arrival of guests in order to allow sanitization with disinfectants of proven effectiveness against Sars-cov-2.

Public areas

  1. Check-in and check-out are granted with measure of distances and made as faster as possible
  2. Hand sanitizers are available in common areas for guests, including entrance, lobby, corridors, restroom, bar, gym and restaurant
  3. All the common areas are sanitized several times a day with disinfectants approved by the Ministry of Health and also through ozone generators activated every night.
  4.  All contact points in public spaces, such as door handles, lift buttons, handrails, tabletops, etc. are continuously cleaned and sanitized with the use of a disinfectant


  1. Our breakfast room has been reconfigured to ensure the right safety distance between guests.
  2.  Unfortunately our buffet is not available in this times, but a tray with sweet and salty food is waiting for you and if you  want more there is no problem just ask and our staff will serve what you want. If you have any intolerance let us know in advance and we will prepare something especially for you
  3. Only families are allowed to sit together with a maximum of 4 people
  4. All guests will be accompanied to the table by one of our staff members.
